Refund policy

If Config Editor Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get the full amount back.
How to ask
Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you paid with, and request a refund. You can also email us at support@configeditor.app with your order number and we will start it for you.
Who handles it
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders, so refunds are paid back by Paddle to the card or account you used.
After a refund
Your license key is turned off and Config Editor goes back to free mode. Changes already applied to your game files stay as they are.
After 14 days
We may still refund in some cases. Where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right always applies.
